- Immune disorders, Liver disease, active cancer treatments like chemotherapy & radiation in the past 6 months
- Skin conditions like inflamed skin, open wounds, active cold sores, Accutane use within the past 6 months
TREATMENT PREPARATION:
- Avoid tanning for at least 2-3 weeks before your VI Peel (tanning beds or sun exposure).
- Avoid using chemical hair removal products or waxing for at least 1 week prior to peel.
- If you have recently had botox, you must wait 2 weeks before receiving this treatment.
TREATMENT DURATION:
- 45 minutes
POST CARE TREATMENT:
- Peeling typically takes place on day 3 following your treatment. Peeling can last up to 5-7 days. You will be given a specific instruction to follow at home. After the peeling process is complete, at a minimum there will be improvement of skin tone, texture, and fine lines.
